A TOP-DOWN SITE PLAN created in 3D has recently been created at Constructive Media to promote a new 100+ unit development for Pindan – the advantage of this is that the streetscapes can also be generated from the same model!
It is a mix of playing “The Sims” and at times feels like we’re literally building communities but the end result is great to see as the entire development unfolds before our very eyes!
