Constructive Media was approached to assist with the marketing of a multi-residential development in the heart of Joondalup, known as "Aqua". From little more than initial working drawings and a hand-drawn sketch of the resort-styled facilities, Constructive Media set about creating 3D pre-construction visuals to help potential investors visualise what they'd be paying for!

The exterior of the property was tweaked as a 3D model to show a variety of colour schemes, allowing the designer and property developer to choose a preferred option.

Once the exteriors were done, more work could be done on the shared "resort-style" facilities, namely a massive central pool!

Next up was the interiors, to feature fittings, floor materials, and to ensure that the investor could see what they were going to get.

Working with a brilliant web site design supplied from The Globe Advertising, Constructive Media was then able to put its Flash and database skills to good use to create the Aqua Joondalup web site, complete with an adminstration login for real estate agent Centrepoint Realty to access.

Using this administration section, Centrepoint Reality staff can update the availability list by themselves, and this is reflected automatically on the live site.
