Constructive Media was approached by architectural firm, Scott Penn Hall to help create a presentation showcasing 3D interior visualisation of a proposed $2.3 million office fitout for BHP Billiton in Port Hedland.

Working with a set of CAD files and a materials selection board, Constructive Media was able to create a 3D model of the proposed design, complete with proposed workstations, fabric selections, and glass treatments.

A flythrough of the virtual office fitout was created from this 3D model, allowing the viewer to get a first-hand experience of what the finished product would look like.

Common areas were also modelled up to show the space dedicated for kitchen/galley activities.

As well as the all-important boardroom!

Using the virtual flythrough technique, Scott Penn Hall were able to demonstrate the end result well in advance of construction. The end result?
