Gemmill Homes’ award-winning kitchen

In the recent HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, Gemmill Homes’ Shoalwater display took out a "Best Kitchen in a Display Home, $150,001 – $200,000" award with the following written about this magnificent kitchen:

"The kitchen has an innovative cockpit-style layout, with the cooktop and stainless-steel rangehood forming a feature backdrop. The traditional layout for the pantry has been modified and incorporated into a single area which includes an appliance cupboard. Everything is accessible."

Gemmill Homes also won the "Best Bathroom in a Display Home, $150,001 – $200,000" award!
