OSWALD HOMES is in the process of building a new display home in City Beach – one that is focused on a resort-lifestyle (and who wouldn’t like to call a place like that home!). An article featured in the WA’s Best Homes book indicates that Oswald Homes is addressing the population dynamics of Western Australia whereby there is a need to bring out good single storey home designed for retirees at the upper end of the market.
