South Beach Project

One recently completed project revealed a magnificent land development currently underway by Landcorp in South Beach, Fremantle. A design proposal by Richard Longley Architects required the creation of A1 presentation boards from hand-drawn sketches to promote energy-efficient design incorporating passive heating a cooling principles. 3D visuals and a streetscape were created, original sketches were drum-scanned, and the final set of boards was matt laminated and mounted on 10mm foamcore.

Best of all, the site visit revealed a very quiet yet remarkably undeveloped ocean front!
