Constructive Media is committed to producing marketing solutions to Western Australia’s burgeoning property market.

A full-time position for an experienced 3D Architectural Illustrator is available! You must be capable of working from CAD drawings and hand-drawn sketches to create accurate 3D pre-construction models.

Once the model is created, you must be able to work with 3D Studio Max 8/9 software and the V-Ray rendering engine (version 1.5) to produce high-quality interiors and exterior scenes.

Essential skills:
+ ArchiCAD
+ 3D Studio Max
+ V-Ray Render
+ Adobe Photoshop

Essential knowledge:
+ Building industry terminology
+ Computer graphics and networking
+ Advanced 3DS Max and V-Ray techniques for both still and animated visuals

Preferred skills:
+ Adobe Photoshop
+ Adobe Illustrator
+ Microsoft Office Suite

It is preferred that you have had at least 1 year working in an architectural firm, or can at least demonstrate drafting experience.

As you will be working directly with clients you should also possess great interpersonal/communication skills, and be well organised.
