Baldivis District Sporting Complex
Visualising a Master Plan by Hames Sharley for a new sporting complex on a 19.4 hectare site for Baldivis, one of Perth's fastest growing suburbs.
Working with Hames Sharley, Constructive Media has created the CG renders and animations to provide the City of Rockingham with a vision of the future Baldivis District Sporting Complex.
The aim was to deliver new sport and recreational facilities for a rapidly growing suburb, while considering a number of environmentally significant vegetation, unique landform, wetland buffer, bushfire setbacks, and existing residential interface issues.
The result was a fantastic Master Plan prepared by Hames Sharley which they then asked Constructive Media to assist with creating the visuals and animations.
Hames Sharley also prepared architectural concepts for three buildings which included an Indoor Recreation Centre, District Pavilion, and Junior Pavilion.
