The Award-Winning Gallery Estate

Nestled behind the existing Carawatha Park, “Gallery” was designed to extend and complement this park with additional landscaped parks, green finger pathways and public art that will form a journey throughout the estate.

As well as these unique attractions, Gallery also was designed to offer a range of living styles – from double-storey family homes to townhomes alongside landscaped pathways, through to future apartments.

The culmination of this forward-thinking vision by Satterley, and execution of the CG renders, 360 views, and Augmented Reality experience led to the Gallery project to victory in the Excellence in Marketing category at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence 2020.

Constructive Media was invited to break new ground with this estate, by “thinking outside the box.” Traditional ways of presenting a new estate were challenged, and instead, a vision of the future was created through the use of Augmented Reality!

An App, compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, was built by Constructive Media to showcase the many highlights of the planned estate, to the point where a concept 3D model could be loaded up and spun around!
